They suck

A Mary Sue or Gary Sue is a character that's perfect and has abilities to save the day. Sometimes it can be the author of the story as a fictional character. To me that ruins the story, no character should interact with the author. Except for Deadpool, he would hate those guys. The point is Mary Sues and Gary Sues suck.
