"Yeah and when my game got plugged in, Turbo snuck into Sugar Rush hacked into the code room and turned me into a glitch by ripping out my code box." Vanellope explained. "Then he disguised himself as King Candy for 15 years and made my life a living hell." "How so?" Lincoln asked. "He locked up the racers and citizens' memories, the only thing I needed to do is to cross the finish line to regain my title as princess, but Turbo ordered the racers to bully me and prevent me from crossing the finish line." Vanellope looked at the other racers and they were starting to look guilty. "I know I haven't met Turbo. But I already want to kick his ass." Sid said. "That goes double for me Sid." Lola said. "Then I came in, helped her won the race, while dealing with Cy-Bugs." Ralph said. "Cy-Bugs?" Stella asked. "They're viruses from my game. They consume anything in their sight, until the game is no more and then they more onto the next game." Calhoun said. "Let's hope the Decepticons doesn't know about them." Leni said. "They won't. "Was he with a short guy with a magic hammer and a woman with a gun?" "Yes." Drag Strip replied. "That's Wreck-it Ralph, Fix-It Felix and that woman he brought." Turbo said. "So we kill them all?" Wildgirl snarled in response as she lunged towards Xander, but he slashed Wildgirl right shoulder with his knife. Wildgirl morphed back into her human form and grabbed her shoulder in pain. Suddenly the part of the wall next to Helios suddenly has giant icicles pop out that Helios barely avoids. "Whoa!" She jumps out away but more icicles keep popping out everywhere she tries to stand. "Consider this a new trick." Black Ice said. "Never thought it would work." Helios keep dodging the icicles while also trying to blast them. "Damn it!" Helios shouted. "These won't protect you forever!" Helios' hands began to heat up as the ice around her to melt. Black Ice looked around and sees the ice melting around her, so she moved her hands and the spikes began to close in on Helios, but an aura glowed around her melting the icicles before they hit her. Kavu let out a roar as his fist clashed with Petty's fist. Petty punched Kavu in the face, but Kavu recovered from the punch and smacked Petty with a right hook. "Monkey stand down!" Petty commanded. "Not monkey!" Kavu roared as he tackled Petty to the ground. Kavu repeatedly slammed his fists onto Petty causing the rubber monster go further into the ground. Kavu raises his arms for another slam but Tongri jumps onto Kavu's back and bites his neck causing the large gorilla to roar in pain. Petty gets back up right when Kavu reaches Tongri and slams him to a wall. Petty runs towards Kavu and shoulder tackles the gorilla to a wall. Then proceeds to beat him up. "Monkey no hurt Tongri!" Petty roared as he repeatedly punches Kavu. Kavu catches both Petty's hands and the two are locked in a struggle. "You leave me alone." Kavu roared. "Surrender monkey!" Petty shouted. "I'm. Not. A. MONKEY!" Kavu roared. He then headbutts Petty before slamming Petty down several times and letting out a roar. "PETTY!" Amplifier shouted. "The big guy provided us enough of a rest. Let's get back in it dudes." Surge and Armor get back to their feet. "Sounds good." Armor answered. "Hey Ryker you good?" "Never better." Ryker said as he holds up his guns. "Let's take him down!" Amplifier said as she shoots an electric blast at Kavu. Kavu let's out a grunt as he's hit by the electricity. Armor then coated himself in stone and hit Kavu with an uppercut. Kavu recovered from the attack and gives Armor a backhand smack, but Armor blocked the attack. The. Surge shot an energy blast at Kavu, knocking him down but not out. "Bullseye." Surge said. She then approached the dazed ape. "How'd you like that?" Suddenly a large black hand grabs her by the throat and remains there as Kavu stands up. "You weak." Kavu growled. "You die." "Surge!" Armor cried out as he formed a mace and hammer in his hands and smacks Kavu in the back. Kavu turns around and snarls, Surge shoots a light energy blast which blinds the gorilla. Kavu drops Surge to the ground and covers his eyes. "He's blinded!" Surge shouted. "Hit him hard!" She blast him again in the face with Armor running behind him and hitting him in the back of the head. "Guy can tank a lot of hits." Armor says. "Tell me about it." Amplifier said as she panted. "This ape is still going. Who made him?" "I don't know and I don't give a damn." Ryker growled. "I'm gonna put a bullet into that ape's brain!" Ryker aimed his guns at Kavu and tried to get a clear shot while Surge and Petty fought the gorilla. "Come on." Ryker grunted. "Come on." "Why isn't Ryker shooting?" Amplifier whispered. Then she realized the issue. "Surge keeps getting in the way so Ryker can't get a clear shot." "Damn it kid move." Ryker growled. Kavu backhands Surge away before shoving Petty away. "Bingo." Black Ice said as she formed ice spikes and launched them at Helios. "How many times you gonna use that trick?" Helios growled as she destroyed the ice spikes. She then shot a strong plasma blast at the wall, destroying it. However Black Ice was not there. "What the? Where did she go?" She looks around when she blasted in the back. She turns to return fire but hits nothing but a wall. "Damn it. So you're trying to use the shadows to your advantage. I can assure you that you're little ninja trick won't work Black Ice. Helios shouted as the sewer becomes more visible, canceling out the shadows. However, Black Ice is nowhere to be seen. "Huh. Where'd she go." "How about you look up." Helios looks up confused only to get hit by a diving punch from Black Ice from the ceiling. Helios recovers from the attack and glares at Black Ice. "Clever girl." She said, "It's time to end this fight." Black Ice said as she formed an ice beam in her hands. "Couldn't agree more but here's the thing Black Ice." Helios smirks at her. "You're not the only one who's got new tricks." She holds her hands up and several miniature sun orbs form. "Gasp." Black Ice says. "That's not good." "I know what you're thinking, this is just like your brother's attack." Helios said. "Let me just say this. Mine is better than his flare crusher." "I doubt that." Black Ice retorted. "I fear nothing." Helios launched the sun orbs towards Black ice, but she dodged off the sun orbs, but the rest were coming towards her. She puts up two ice walls and blocks two of the sun orbs. "Damn it. They keep coming." Black Ice muttered. "Maybe I should try a different approach." "Fear not Black Ice I only want to put you to your eternal rest." Helios said as she launched four more sun orbs at Black Ice. Black Ice punched the ground and forms an ice wall blocking the orbs. "The only one who's resting eternally is you." Black Ice growled. Wildgirl crashed into the wall with grunt. As she stands up she's immediately met with a knee to the stomach by Xander. Wildgirl recovers from the attack and morphs into a tiger and slashed Xander's chest. Xander punched Wildgirl in the face and elbows her in the chest. "These two ain't doing anything to that monkey and my shotgun is on my motorcycle but I doubt it'd do anything better. I need something with more oomph. But what?" He sees a truck in an alleyway and approached it. He peers into the alley and sees two Terror Crew thugs unloading some crates from the truck. "Hmm." "You sure it's safe to do this?" One thug asks. "Positive." The other answers. "The L-Crew are monster hunting and the cops are being back-up. This'll be easy." "I doubt that." Before the two can react, Ryker knocks one thug out with a right hand before hitting the other with a kick to the gut followed by an uppercut. "Easy. Now let's see what they got." He opens a crate and sees gun with a large round opening with a round barrel that attached to it. He picks it up and examined it. "Shorter than the shotgun but a bigger barrel. Wonder how much power this thing packs." He looks into the crate again and sees several large bullets. He pickd them up and loads up a bunch before strapping the rest around his torso. "Here's hoping this causes some damage to that thing." He then runs back to the hole. Petty shoulder tackles Kavu into a wall and started to punch the gorilla, but Kavu grabs Petty's fist and tossed him into another wall. Tongri jumped onto Kavu's back and buy into his neck like a vampire, but Kavu slams Tongri into a wall to get him off of his back. "You are no predator." Kavu told the tiger. "You're more of a domesticated pet. You have no honor. No shame." Tongri gets back up and let's out a roar. "Then you can die with the rest of the humans." "You leave Tongri alone!" Petty said as he grapples Kuva and begins to crush his neck. "Tongri is my friend and I won't let you kill him. He is an amazing tiger and ally to L-Crew!" Kavu let's out a growl starts attempting to remove Petty's hands away from his neck. The two are then locked in a struggle. Amplifier gets up to her feet and sees the two battling. "Petty needs help." She growled. "But what can I do? This ape is tougher than he looks. Wait what was Soothsayer saying before? Look for an opening? Yeah that's right. He told me I need to look for an opening and strike. Let's do this." Amplifier charged up her hands and aimed them towards Kavu. "Come on. Come on." Amplifier muttered as she tried to get a clear shot. Kavu shoves Petty away and raises his arms to smash him when Amplifier sees her opening. "Bingo." She says before blasting Kavu in the side causing the large ape to roar in pain. "Nice shot!" Armor said. "Thanks. I just took Soothsayer's advice." Amplifier replied. "His advice huh?" Armor repeated as Amplifier rushed Kavu again. "He told me that I gotta think before I rush into things. Maybe it's time I used my head. Ok he's bigger and stronger than me but he has to have a weak spot. But where?" However his thoughts were interrupted when he saw Kavu slam Petty face first into a wall before grabbing Amplifier by the head. "AMPLIFIER!" "This is where you die." Kavu growled when he's suddenly hit in the back by something that explodes seconds later forcing Kavu to drop Amplifier. Amplifier looked up and sees Ryker holding a grenade launcher. "Sorry I'm late. I just picked this new gun up and I'm taking it out for a test drive." Ryker said. "You!" Kavu snarled as he ran towards Ryker. Ryker smirks and firing the grenade launcher rapidly forcing Kavu to stop running and try to block the shots. Armor then notices that patches of hair are missing on Kavu's back and he sees burns. "And I have my target." Armor said. Armor touched some stone coating his body in stone and formed a mace in his right hand. Armor charged towards Kavu and strikes his weapon at Kavu's burns and the ape screams in pain. Armor attacks again at Kavu's burns until some blood was coming out of the gorilla's back. "Nice dude!" Amplifier shouted. "So the monster does bleed!" Armor taunted. Surge watched from where she was flying shocked. "How did they damage him?" Surge thought. "Were they remembering what Soothsayer told us what we needed to work on? Well in that case, time for some target practice." Surge fired a bunch of energy shots at Kavu causing him to roar in pain. "Try that on for size Donkey Kong!" Surge shouted. "ENOUGH!" Kavu roared before smashing his fists onto the ground sending everyone flying back. "I think we pissed him off." Surge said. "Monkey angry." Petty said. "Who made you dude?" Amplifier asked. "Humans experiment." Kavu growled. "Humans bad. I will destroy them!" He charges forward towards Amplifier but Petty intercepts. The rubber monster holds his arms out and stops Kavu in his tracks. However Petty was struggling to hold the large gorilla back. Amplifier charged up a powerful electric blast to fire at Kavu. But once she fired the blast towards Kavu, the gorilla breaks free from Petty's grip before the electric blast hits Petty. "Shit! Sorry Petty!" Amplifier shouted as she canceled the blast. "Petty ok." Petty says right before getting hit with a right hand by Kavu. "I will kill all of you!" Kavu roared as he began to run, but Tongri stops him and roars at him. "How would you know how I feel?!" Kavu roared at the tiger. "How would you know?" Tongri roared again. "You've been through something similar? I doubt that." Tongri let's out a low growl. "Forced to serve an evil wizard since you were a cub? Then if you're former master is dead then why serve humans still?" Tongri let's out another growl. "A debt that can never be repaid? Then I'm afraid we aren't the same. My hatred will last a lifetime. But for now, they can live. But they will not next time." Kavu then jumps through the hole in the ceiling and then he was gone. "He left?" Surge asked. "He was technically winning and he just walked away. I don't get it." "Me neither. Should we go after him?" Armor asked. "There's no point, we need to check on Black Ice and Wildgirl." Amplifier said. Black Ice slid back after she blocked a blast from Helios. Black Ice glared at Helios as she panted heavily. "Getting tired Black Ice?" Helios taunted. "How about I put you down for an eternal rest." "I'm not out yet. I didn't hear no bell." Black Ice panted. A/N: Twenty bonus points if you got that reference. "Then let's finish this fight." Helios taunted as she forms a sun blade. Black Ice throws her cloak off and immediately forms two Ice blades. "This is the end for you!" Black Ice shouted. Both Helios and Black Ice charged at each with their weapons in their hands and they both slashed each other and landed feet first on the ground. They both panted as they turned around and glared at each other. Helios rushes Black Ice again and slashes at her with her blades but Black Ice blocks her before pushing her back. "That all you got?" Helios challenged. "No but it's time finished this!" Black Ice says. Black Ice pushes back Helios and the two charged at each other and attacked each other. They both stood there in silence as Helios fell to her knees as her sun blades disappeared. But Black Ice's victory was short lived when she felt a sharp pain on her right arm. Black Ice sees a gash in her arm and immediately puts her hand on it as she dropped to her knees. Helios stands up and slowly approached Black Ice where she aims a sun blade at her. "It's over Black Ice." Helios says. "Any last words?" Black Ice looks at her and smirks. "Yeah. Watch your step." Black Ice then freezes the ground under Helios before pushing her sending Helios sliding back into the sewer water. Before Helios could attempt to escape, Black Ice freezes the water as well as freezing Helios solid. Black Ice pants heavily before collapsing to the ground in exhaustion. "I'm sorry Diana. I wish there was another way." As she closes her eyes, she hears voices. "I think she's this way dudes!" Amplifier, Surge, Armor, Petty and Tongri run up to Black Ice and checked her pulse. "She's still alive." Armor said. "Soothsayer! We need the medic bay set up right away!" Amplifier shouted on her watch. "Mr. Cuddles is already preparing it." Soothsayer told them. Amplifier then picks up Black Ice into her arms. "I got you sis." She says. Amplifier then turns to the rest of the team. "I'm gonna take her base. You guys go find Wildgirl. I'll be back as soon as I drop her off." Wildgirl is panting while holding her side. "I don't know how long I can keep this up?" Wildgirl thought. "I don't know if I can use my last resort attack, mostly because of the space, and I'll be powerless if he's still standing." Xander panted as he looked down at the six year old. "You know. I'm disappointed in you." He says. "I was expecting more from you and yet it's the same old thing. Looks like this is the end then." "No. I can't go down like this." Wildgirl thought. "I won't go down like this. I refuse!" With a loud roar she goes gorilla and hits Xander with a hard uppercut catching the hunter by surprise. She then charged forward and quickly went rhino and smashed Xander into the wall. Xander groaned in pain as he recovered from the attack and punched Wildgirl in the face and karate chops her neck. Wildgirl morphs back into human form and dubs the back of her neck. Wildgirl morphs into a sabertooth tiger and bites Xander's neck and slashed his chest. "Damn it." Xander groaned. "But you're not taking me down that easily luv." "He's not wrong." Wildgirl thought. "I'm amazed he's still standing. But I need to take him down here and now!" "Let's make this quick Wildgirl. I want to place your trophy in my lounge." Xander said as he took out his knife and goes in for the kill. But Wildgirl dodged the knife strike and glares at Xander. "I agree. Let's end this." Wildgirl said. Wildgirl goes Kangaroo and kicks Xander in the stomach. She then hops to the wall and launched herself off it. Then she morphs into a gorilla and tackles him to the ground and started to beat the crap out of Xander, but after landing some punches onto Xander's face Wildgirl grabs Xander by the legs and smacked him into a pillar. She then grabs his vest and throws up in the air before morphing into a hawk and flying after him. Once she's above him she changes into a kangaroo again and kicks him towards the ground. Xander begins to get back up until Wildgirl pins him down as a tiger. "Surrender." She snarled. "I will do no such thing." Xander said. Xander then musters enough strength and forces Wildgirl off his back. Wildgirl lands on her feet and glares at the hunter. "Damn it." Wildgirl growled. "He's resilient. But I have to end this one way or another. Dragon is too big and I can't control the griffin that well. That being said, maybe it's time for something new." "Face it luv. I know all of your tricks and moves." Xander said. "I watched your fights and your moves, I studied you like a predator stalks its prey. Unless you got something new I love to see it." "I got something new alright." Wildgirl glared. Wildgirl closes her eyes and the form popped into mind. She felt herself change and when she opened her eyes she let out a roar. Xander's eyes widened at what he saw before him. "A gargoyle?" Xander gasped. "Impossible." Wildgirl only replied in shriek and attack Xander, she grabbed him by the neck and slammed him into the ground, then Wildgirl drags him through the floor and then slams him into the ground. Xander struggles to get back up to his but Wildgirl grabs him by the the back of his neck where she then throws him in the air. Wildgirl flies after him and catches him midair. "It's over." Wildgirl growled before throwing Xander to the ground. Wildgirl glides back to the ground and changes back to human. "Huh. Couldn't hold that form long. Longer than the dragon but still not enough to be a go too form." She hears groaning and sees Xander getting to his feet. "No way." "'Bout time you gave me a proper hunt." Xander panted before collapsing to the ground. "Did I finally beat Xander?" Wildgirl asked in disbelief. "I finally did it!" Wildgirl cheered. Then she hears footsteps coming this way. "That's gotta be where Wildgirl is?" Surge's voice was heard from behind the door. Wildgirl turns to the door and limps toward the button where she then presses it causing the door to open. Surge and Armor ran it and they are both shocked to see Xander knocked out. "Did you take down Xander?" Surge asked. "Sure did." Wildgirl replied as she panted. "How?" Armor questioned. However Wildgirl never answered. Instead she collapsed forward. Armor quickly catches her before she hits the ground. "Guess she's exhausted." Surge comments. "Honestly, I don't blame her." She walks up next to Armor and takes Wildgirl from him, putting her on her back. "I'll take Wildgirl. You carry Xander." "On it." Armor responded. Lana began to wake up and sees herself in the medic bay. "Im back at the base?" Lana asked as she looks to her left and sees Lucy in the next bed. "Luc?" "You're awake!" Mr. Cuddles said as he walked into the room. "What happened?" Lana asked. "How'd we get here?" "Luna and the others brought you back." Mr. Cuddles explained. "They're not here right now because they're on damage duty. Sewer took a beating down there. Anyways, Xander and Helios are in the Dungeon now. Normally they would ship Xander back to London but the England government think it's best he stay here. Plus Xander is Helios's legal guardian so they can't really separate them." "Ok but what about the gorilla?" Lana asked. Mr. Cuddles looked at the ground. "Gone. He just ran away." He told her. "We don't know where he is or who made him the way he is. All we know is that he straight up doesn't like humans. On top of that Ryker has a grenade launcher now. He stole one from one of the Terror Crew's weapons dealers. There were a few of. Hell I even managed to swipe one. I mean normally Haggar wouldn't let us keep them since it's evidence but he's willing to let us keep the two because there were a decent number of Grenade launchers in the truck." "I'm a bit worried about you keeping a grenade launcher." Lana said. "I'll be careful with it." Mr. Cuddles said. "So how did you beat Xander?" "I think I became a gargoyle." Lana answered. "It was crazy." "Indeed." Lana and Mr. Cuddles look to see Soothsayer walking in. "A gargoyle is a very powerful creature. Ancient kingdoms trusted them to protect their castles during the night time and then would return the favor during the day." "Why does that sound familiar?" Mr. Cuddles said. "Are there any gargoyles left?" Lana asked. "That is not for me to answer." Soothsayer replied. "However you will find that answer soon enough because when you recover it'll be time for you to return to the Temple of the Eleven Masters to complete your training." "Complete my training?" Lana asked. "But I thought I completed my training?" "You have another lesson you must complete." Soothsayer told her. "But you couldn't complete it before because you had to pass one final test." "Xander." Lana says with realization. "So does that mean I didn't get stronger from my last trip there?" "No my dear. You did get stronger but in a different sense." Soothsayer explained. "Komu taught you control as well as working with your animal instincts. So in a way you did get stronger. Just not in the way your siblings did." "What do you mean?" Lana asked. Lucy asked. "She and Xander are in the Dungeon." Mr. Cuddles said. "You won, but it looks like you both gave each other nasty scars in the process." "That's explains all the bandages." Lucy says as she examined the bandages on her arms. "What about the gorilla?" "Gone." Soothsayer answered. "As we told Lana, the gorilla Kavu escaped without explanation. The others are currently doing damage control." "Which includes Ryker even though he has who knows how many injuries!" Mr. Cuddles growled. "If only that cowboy would've let me treat his wounds when I went to go get you guys but no. Despite the fact he was barely standing he decided to go help search for the ape. So frustrating!" "My guess he is stubborn." Lucy sighed. "Yeah that would make sense. But if he passes out, we'll bring him back here and heal him whether he likes it or not." Mr. Cuddles said. "Isn't that usually the plan?" Lana joked. "So you guys gonna give us the pill or no?" "Oh yes hang on." Mr. Cuddles said as he handed Lucy and Lana the pills and they both swallow it. "Hey Luc you're gonna love this. I turned into a Gargoyle and beated Xander." Lana said. "Wicked." Lucy says with a smile. "I threw Helios into sewer water and then froze her solid." Lana flashed her a disturbed look. "That's dark Lucy." Lana said. "But i guess it's effective." "She's still alive and possibly have a cold." Lucy said. "So now that Helios is defeated, what are you gonna do now?" Lana asked. "Besides keep doing the usual hero work that we usually do?" Lucy hesitates before giving her answer. "Jack Frost offered to help me hone my abilities." Lucy tells her. "I didn't give an answer yet because I wanted to deal with Helios first. But now that she's in the Dungeon, I might take him up on his offer." "I'm heading back to the temple of the eleven masters for more training." Lana said. "Sigh. So we'll be down another member." Lucy sighs. "No. I don't plan on being there long." Lana assures her. "So you'll be back right away?" Lucy asked. "Well it depends on how long my training takes." Lana said. "But you'll still be back?" Lucy repeated. "Yeah. This city still needs us and I won't let it down." Lana replied. Lucy flashes a small smile. "Good." She says. "Things are starting to look up." "Yep." Lana agreed. In another part of the city, Kavu stood on a tall building overlooking the city. "Humans." He growled. "All they do is hurt and harm. They are inferior in power and mind. Now I'll show them why I am the Alpha!" He lets out a roar and beats his chest. In the Dungeon, Xander sat next to the bed as he watch Helios sleep. The poor girl had suffered minor frostbite from being frozen by Black Ice and was gonna take some time to recover. "Don't worry luv. We'll get our revenge on Black Ice and Wildgirl. We'll get out of the Dungeon soon, but for now you need your rest." Xander said. Helios didn't respond and just kept sleeping. "Wildgirl." Xander growls. "This cage won't contain me forever. As soon as I'm free, you will become my newest trophy in my trophy room. Because the hunter always gets his prey." "Don't worry big boy." A female voice is heard as Xander looked to the right on the opposite side of the cell block it was Payback leaning against a wall. "You're get your trophy soon."
